For the second time, the international-standard national latte art competition is being held in Hanoi. It brings together the most talented barista from all over the country to compete and create exceptional latte art masterpieces.

SCHEDULE
Competitors will produce a total of 6 beverages: 2 separate sets of matching free-pour lattes and 1 set of matching free-pour macchiatos.
This is a crucial part of the competition, as it reflects each competitor’s composure and performance style on the national stage.
The Art Bar is a component of the Semi-Finals round. Each competitor will produce a single latte with their own design, utilizing free-pour techniques and/or etching, and named it.
There will be judged by a panel of 4 Judges on its overall appeal, creativity, and the contrast between ingredients.
The Art Bar round requires precision, and professional presentation, clearly showcasing the personal style of each barista.

Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship 2026 (2nd Edition) is officially set to take place at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi. This is the exclusive national barista competition in Vietnam, sanctioned by World Coffee Events (WCE) and organized by Cafe Show Vietnam.
As an international-standard professional barista competition held in Hanoi for the first time, the championship gathers the most talented baristas from across the country to compete and craft pinnacle masterpieces of latte art.
This year's championship is honored to partner with Dalatmilk – the Title Sponsor, providing Pure Pasteurized Fresh Milk to help create exceptional latte art masterpieces.
The Champion of the Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship will not only assert their talent and position on home turf but will also represent Vietnam at the World Latte Art Championship 2027, opening up opportunities to bring Vietnamese barista talent and the image of Vietnamese coffee onto the global stage.

EXCLUSIVE ORGANIZER OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COMPETITIONS CHAMPIONSHIP
Cafe Show Vietnam is proud to be the exclusive organizer in Vietnam for National Competition sanctioned by World Coffee Events (WCE), Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
In the Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship 2025, Title Sponsor Dalatmilk provides its 100% Fresh Pasteurized Milk, which helps create outstanding national-level latte art masterpieces.
In the Semi-Finals round of Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship, there are 2 components: Art Bar – the competitor will produce 1 designer latte art at the Art Bar, according to the schedule arranged by Vietnam National Competitions Championship.
The other component is Stage Presentation – competitor will produce a total of 6 beverages: 2 seperate sets of matching free-pour lattes and 1 set of matching free-pour macchiatos.
In the Finals Round, competitors will produce a total of 6 beverages; 2 sets of matching free-pour lattes, and 1 set of matching designer patterns.
All the competitors of national competitions will be judged by a professional judging panel certified by World Coffee Events (WCE) to find who is the most deserving winner of the Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship 2025.
