After a successful ticket purchase on the Cafe Show Vietnam website, the ticket will be delivered to the Customer as follows:
Tickets purchased on the Cafe Show Vietnam website are issued in the form of electronic tickets (E-tickets) and will be sent to the Customer (purchaser) as an email attachment. Customers may check their ticket information via the personal email address provided at the time of purchase.
Customers are required to use the QR code provided in the E-ticket to check in directly at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, during the event dates from April 16 to April 18, 2026.
Please ensure that the QR code is clearly displayed (either on a mobile device or a printed copy) to facilitate a smooth check-in process.
