  • Protect users’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Handle user complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to logos, images, designs, articles, and promotional materials, is the property of Exporum Vietnam Co., Ltd. or its lawful licensors.

Any act of copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, republishing, or otherwise exploiting such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

In all circumstances, the Organizer’s total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by the user.
