  1. Payment Security Commitment

The Cafe Show Vietnam website, managed by Exporum Vietnam Co., Ltd., is committed to ensuring the safety and security of all online payment transactions conducted through our system.

The payment system is integrated through Payment Gateway Partners that are legally licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam in accordance with regulations governing intermediary payment services.

We do not directly store customers’ payment card information on our servers.

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:

  • International cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.)
  • Domestic ATM cards
  • Internet Banking
  • E-wallets (if integrated)
  • Bank transfer

All online payment transactions are processed through the secure systems of our Payment Gateway Partners.

  1. Payment Security Standards

Our payment system complies with financial and banking industry security standards, including:

  • SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol during data transmission;
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), as certified by the payment gateway provider;
  • Transaction authentication via OTP (One-Time Password) or multi-factor authentication in accordance with issuing bank regulations;
  • Encryption of data throughout the transaction processing lifecycle;
  • Compliance with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding electronic payment security.
  1. Payment Information Storage Policy

4.1. International Cards

  • Cafe Show Vietnam does not store card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates, or any information that could be used to initiate a transaction.
  • Card information is securely stored and managed by our Payment Gateway Partners.

4.2. Domestic Cards / Internet Banking

The website only stores minimum information necessary for reconciliation and customer support purposes, including:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment time
  • Bank name

We do not store customers’ banking login credentials.

4.3. Token Storage Mechanism (If Applicable)

  • The system may store only encrypted tokens provided by the Payment Gateway Partners.
  • These tokens do not contain original card information and cannot be used to retrieve card details.

  • Not buying, selling, or exchanging customers’ payment information;
  • Implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security;
  • Cooperating with competent authorities upon lawful request;
  • Notifying customers in accordance with applicable laws if any risks related to transaction security are detected.
