Venue: VIETNAM EXPOSITION CENTER (VNEC) Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh Town, Ha noi, Vietnam

NOTE:

Each individual may only register as a judge for one (1) competition category. Due to overlapping schedules, participation in multiple categories is not permitted.

All judges are required to attend a mandatory calibration session to ensure alignment in scoring standards. The session will be scheduled by the organizing committee and is expected to take place either a few days prior to or during the same week as the competition.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the competition schedule depending on the number of stations. Should any changes occur and a judge chooses to withdraw, this will be considered a breach of the commitment agreed upon with the Organizers and may affect future participation in related competitions or events.
